How a day goes
Book the job
Name, phone, and the work. The job gets its own number, like J-12, and keeps the address and site notes.
Send the quote
Put a price on the job and tap the Quote text. When they say yes, tap Approve and the job is on your schedule.
Scan the breaker
Point the camera at the barcode on a breaker or a box of wire nuts. On hand goes down and the part goes on the job.
Take the deposit, then the rest
Record a deposit up front. The job shows Balance due until the rest comes in, and the Payment reminder text has the amount filled in.
Inventory, when you need it
Scan supply-house receipts and your inventory matches what you bought. Scan parts out on the job, and Parts shows what is on hand and what each job used.

What about big jobs with deposits?
Record each payment as it comes in. The job keeps the running total, and the invoice shows what is paid and the balance due.

Yes. Each person picks English or Spanish for the app, and each customer can get their texts in English or Spanish.

Yes. Add the people on your crew, assign each job, and everyone sees the jobs that are theirs.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
