Barton ForgeThe plumbing app for one-truck shops
Barton Forge keeps your customers, jobs, and parts on your phone. Take the call, book the job, and get paid without going back to a desk.
How a day goes
Take the call
Name, phone, and what is leaking. The job is saved before you hang up, with the address and site notes like where the shutoff is.
Text the customer
One tap opens On my way, Running late, or the price in your Messages app, already written, in English or Spanish.
Keep the truck stocked
Snap the supply-house receipt and your inventory matches what you bought. Scan a fitting out on the job and add it to that job.
Get paid
Make an invoice on your phone, record a deposit or the full payment, and see who still owes you on the Unpaid list.
Inventory, when you need it
Scan supply-house receipts to add parts. Scan the barcode when you use one and On hand goes down. Add the part to a job and the job shows what went into it.

Questions
Can I keep track of the parts on my truck?
Yes. Receipts add parts, barcode scans take them out, and Parts shows what is on hand and what each job used.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Each person picks English or Spanish for the app, and each customer can get their texts in English or Spanish.
Can my helpers use it?
Yes. Add the people on your crew, assign each job, and everyone sees the jobs that are theirs.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Barton Forge sends your customers, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your phone’s browser. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app.
