Change your plan
Move to a bigger plan for more people, or a smaller one to pay less. Owners only.
You can change plans during your free trial or while you're subscribed.
Change it
- Tap your photo in the top corner, then Billing.
- Tap the plan you want.
- Tap Use this plan.
The new plan shows as Current plan.
Moving to a smaller plan
You can only move to a plan that fits everyone in your business now, plus invites that haven't been used yet. If you have 4 people, you can't move to Shop (up to 2). Use this plan doesn't show for a plan that's too small.
Remove people or revoke pending invites first, then change the plan.
What you pay
- During your trial: the trial still ends on the same day. You're charged for the new plan when it does.
- While subscribed: Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month, and it shows on your next bill.
