An item's page

See a part's details and on hand, use some from stock, and attach a box barcode to an unverified item.

Open Inventory and tap a part.

#What it shows

• The part's name and Qty on hand.
• Kind: Catalog (matched to a real product) or Unverified (saved from a receipt with no match).
• Manufacturer, Category, and Barcode, when we know them.
• When it was last Updated.

You can use stock right from the item's page, without scanning. Set the quantity, pick a job if you want with Assign to job, and tap Use. See Parts used on a job.

#Attach a barcode to an unverified item

An unverified item came from a receipt line that had no barcode we could match, like a big-box store's own SKU. Scanning the box on Use won't find it until you attach the barcode.

1. Open the unverified item.
2. Under Attach barcode, type the barcode from the box in Box barcode.
3. Tap Look up.
4. If we find it, you'll see "We found:" and the product name. Tap Attach.

Your stock moves onto that real product. From now on, scanning that barcode finds it, and the item shows as Catalog.
