Remove a helper
Take someone off your business. They lose access right away, and their work stays. Bring them back with Reactivate.
Only the business owner can remove people.
Remove someone
- Tap your photo in the top corner, then Settings, then People.
- Find the person. Search by name or email if your list is long.
- Tap Remove.
- Confirm with Remove.
You'll see "Removed. They can no longer see this business."
What happens
- They can't see your business's jobs, customers, or parts anymore, starting right away.
- Everything they did stays: jobs they made, photos, receipts, and parts they used.
- Jobs that were theirs still show their name under Assigned to until you change it.
- They show as Inactive on your People list.
- Their spot frees up for someone else.
People are never deleted, so your records always show who did what.
Bring someone back
- On People, tap the Inactive filter.
- Tap Reactivate on the person.
They see your business again the next time they open the app. Reactivate needs an active plan and room under your plan's limit.
Removing someone doesn't change your bill
Your price depends on your plan, not how many people are on it. To pay less after removing people, change to a smaller plan.
