Work for another business

For owners. Pause your own business so your email can join someone else's, and come back with Resume business.

One email can be on one live business at a time. If you own a business and want to join someone else's, you pause yours first. Your jobs, customers, and stock wait for you.

In the app, the ? on the Work for another business card explains all of this too, with an example.

#Pause your business

You have to be the only person in your business. Remove your helpers first. See Remove a helper.

1. Tap your photo in the top corner, then Settings, then Business.
2. At the bottom, tap Work for another business.
3. Read the message, and confirm with Work for another business.

Your business is now paused. The other business's owner can add your email, and you join them when you sign in.

#Come back to your business

When you open the app with nothing else to join, you'll see This business is paused. Tap Resume business, and everything is back where you left it.

If you're in someone else's business now, leave that business first, then tap Resume business.

#Two businesses at the same time

That needs two email addresses, one for each business. There's no business switcher.
