Inventory

Everything your business stocks, how many are on hand, and filters for in stock, out of stock, and unverified items.

Go to Parts, then Inventory. It lists every part your business has taken in, with the quantity on hand.

#Search and filters

• Search by name, brand, barcode, SKU, or date.
• On a phone, one row of filters: All, In stock (only what you have), Out of stock (only what you've run out of), and Unverified (only items saved from a receipt without a match to a real product).
• On a computer, the filters come in two groups: All stock, In stock, or Out of stock, and All items, Catalog (matched to a real product), or Unverified.

#Add stock

The top of the page is where you add stock by barcode. See Add stock by barcode. To add a whole receipt at once, use Receipts.

#Open an item

Each item shows its name, when it last changed, and the quantity on hand in big numbers on the right. The quantity is red at 0. Items with no match to a real product say Unverified.
